Last updated: April 5, 2026
Shineful (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shineful,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit shineful.cn, shineful.ai, and related pages (the “Site”), or use features such as contact and demo requests. Please read it carefully before you submit information. If you do not agree, please do not use those features.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Site’s online information, demo requests, business inquiries, and similar interactions. If you enter a separate agreement with us that includes privacy terms, those terms apply where they do not conflict with this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: for example, name, company, email, product interest, message content, and other details you choose to submit through our contact or demo forms.
Technical information collected automatically: such as browser type and version, device type, operating system, date and time of access, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (e.g., city-level from IP where applicable), and server logs used for security and reliability.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information unrelated to these purposes. Please do not submit government ID numbers, precise location history, financial passwords, or other sensitive data in free-text fields unless we explicitly request it and have a lawful basis.
3. How we use information
To respond to your inquiries, schedule or follow up on demos, and provide customer and business communications.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to perform aggregated analytics that do not identify you individually.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.
For other purposes with your separate consent where required. We will not use your personal information for unrelated marketing spam without your consent.
4. Legal bases (summary)
Depending on your location and applicable law, we rely on consent, performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests (where balanced against your rights), or legal obligation. Users in China are also protected under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL); we process personal information in line with those requirements.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember language or region preferences where applicable, measure traffic, and analyze Site performance. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some technologies may limit certain features.
6. Processors, sharing, and disclosure
We may engage trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, form handling, analytics) to process information on our behalf only as needed for the purposes above, under contracts that require appropriate security and confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if you give separate consent, if required by law or competent authorities, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer where the successor is bound by this Policy or obtains your consent as required.
We disclose personal information publicly only when required by law or with your consent.
7. International transfers
Where permitted, we generally store information collected through the Site in China. If a transfer outside your country is necessary, we will comply with applicable laws (including, where required, separate consent, standard contractual clauses, or other safeguards) and provide notices as required.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless deletion is technically infeasible, in which case we restrict processing and secure the data.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit, access controls, and staff training) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect the credentials and contact channels you use with us.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
11. Children
The Site is directed at business users. If you are under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), please use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent. If we learn we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for them. Please read their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Site after changes means you acknowledge the update, except where your separate consent is legally required.
If you have questions, complaints, or requests regarding this Policy or your personal information, email us at contact@shineful.cn. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
